Pilates-inspired moves meet full-body strength training in a flowing, fun, sweat-friendly session. FLEX is all about moving strong, feeling capable, and enjoying the ride. We’ll give you options and progressions so everyone leaves feeling challenged and full of endorphins. Expect tunes that make you want to sing along, banter to distract you from the pain, and moves that make you feel unstoppable. This is a fitness class, not rehab, so if you have injuries it’s best to get in touch before booking.

High-octane, heart-pumping chaos (in the best way)

PACE is fast, sweaty, and totally addictive. Using the reformer jump boards - your heart will race, your energy will soar, and your endorphins will throw a party. Full-on focus, big tunes, and zero chill until the very end. Leave buzzing, alive, and maybe a little addicted.

Short, sharp, and cheeky

40 minutes of pure glutes and core goodness. Expect strength and endurance moves to leave your peach and abs feeling totally torched. A combination of FLEX and BUILD exercises, purely dedicated to your abs and ass.
