meet your hype team

Our trainers bring the energy, the playlists, and the “you can absolutely do one more rep” motivation.

lou davies

Founder + Trainer

Ex-athlete turned occupational therapist turned Pilates instructor, Lou first found reformer while trying to sort out her own dodgy neck - and quickly became obsessed with how strong, energised, and generally less broken it made her feel.

But after years of pushing herself physically, she knew her body needed more than just Pilates. So naturally, she made Pilates her own. Less rigid. Less intimidating. More strength, more freedom, more movement that actually feels good in real life.

Backed by science, Lou blends the best bits of Pilates with strength training - because strong bodies don’t just look good, they live better for longer.

Her classes are spicy enough to challenge everyone, whether you’re a total beginner or reformer royalty. Expect shaky legs, questionable playlists, lots of laughs, and that unbeatable “I’m absolutely coming back next week” endorphin hit.

ALEX HAMMOND

Trainer

Our American lass with enough energy to power the whole studio and still have some left over for a post-class dance break.

An ex-dancer, Alex moves like the reformer is part of her body - and her classes are just as creative, spicy, and dynamic as you’d expect. She loves finding new ways to move, challenge, and surprise the body, which honestly makes sense once you see her on a dance floor. Or mid-boogie while everyone else is fighting for their lives in a plank.

Her playlists are elite, her energy is contagious, and somehow she’ll have you smiling while your legs are visibly shaking.

After dealing with a string of frustrating injuries, Alex found Pilates as a way to reconnect with movement in a way that felt both physically challenging and mentally inspiring - and now she’s all about helping others find that same feeling in their own bodies.

maia adams

Trainer

Our resident personal trainer, superstar netballer, and probably the least evil of the coaching team. She loves exercise more than you love chocolate.

With a degree in Sports Rehabilitation and a deep passion for lifting heavy things (almost as deep as her squats), Maia is serious about helping people get stronger - and she knows exactly how to make it happen.

She’s equal parts smart, motivating, and quietly savage. The kind of coach who’ll encourage you through every rep while casually handing you weights that make you question your life choices.

She’s the sweetest human alive, don’t let that fool you - you’ll still leave her classes feeling absolutely cooked. The only difference is you probably won’t resent her for it afterwards. Just look at that face, how could you.

beth o’hara

Trainer

Bubbly, loud, and always ready to banter - Beth’s basically everyone’s best friend disguised as a Pilates instructor.

Our long-legged legend fell in love with athletic, dynamic reformer classes while travelling around Australia, and has been hooked on movement that actually feels good ever since.

Beth’s all about helping people move in a way that works for their body. Less overthinking, more movement - which honestly says a lot coming from the chattiest human we know.

She somehow knows exactly what you need before you do, and will absolutely serve it up with a smile (even if your legs disagree).

And when Beth’s not teaching? She’s usually baking dangerously good treats. So if you’re lucky, booking her class might just come with a post-workout canelé on the way out the door. Honestly, where do we sign up?

lila whiting

Trainer

Deeply passionate about helping people move in ways that build strength, resilience, and longevity, Lila is our walking reminder that mobility and strength are a power couple.

A yoga and Pilates instructor with more qualifications than you can poke a stick at. Her classes flow seamlessly, challenge you in unexpected ways, and will almost definitely introduce you to muscles you didn’t know existed.

Expect smart movement, thoughtful progressions, and the occasional fun fact about the body while you’re questioning your life choices in a plank hold.

Equal parts bendy and strong, Lila’s all about proving you really can have both - and honestly, we should all aspire to that.
